Pipeline Track - Fern Tree to Neika

This section of the Pipeline Track starts opposite the Fern Tree Tavern carpark and goes to Neika. It takes about 3 hours return.

The walk is very pleasant with great views and interesting heritage features such as the Wishing Well. If you only plan to walk as far as the Wishing Well before returning you will have walked over one hour on the return trip.

If planning to walk to Neika, note there are two metal mesh bridges which most dogs do not like walking over. Small and medium sized dogs often need to be carried over these bridges while bigger dogs look uncomfortable with their paws standing on the metal mesh.

After the walk, consider sitting outside at the Fern Tree Tavern and enjoying a drink or snack, or having a picnic at one of the tables in the Fern Tree Bower Park near the playground.
